Creating the “True Natural” Reality

What is Scientific Education

Scientific education, first conceived and developed in the 1800’s, is the experimental observation of children in their free, self-directed activity. In 1907, Dr. Maria Montessori, using this approach with preschool aged children, discovered a profound shift in each child’s basic way of being, from inattention and disorder to a “normal” state of complete peace, order, and harmony with the environment. She therefore called this shift a “normalization”, which she later realized was actually a discovery of the “true nature” of man himself.      After 1907, the practice of this scientific education soon became known as the Montessori Method, which Dr. Montessori hoped would bring a “true natural” reality into the world as a whole new humanity in the future. However, the hopeful aim of this “new education” was gradually diluted and limited since it had only the general guidance of such abstract concepts as observation and freedom to follow. In 1979, however, the mystery of scientific education was finally solved.

Solving the Mystery

In 1979, Lee Havis, while training Montessori teachers, solved the mystery of Montessori’s “new education” by discovering a unique framework for observing the child as the center “hub” of a cluster of energy. This is the “individual child framework”, as shown by the image on the right. In this framework, the hub child is an unknown spiritual being, surrounded by an environment, consisting of three components: physical objects, other children, and the adult personality.

Using this framework, the teacher’s function is to remove any disorder in these three components, until there is just left the influence of the perfect order of nature. And, in this “true natural” reality, the child instinctively resonates with its precise frequency, which then becomes firmly fixed into the child’s personality as his basic reality for life.

After 1979, Lee’s further research led to his consolidation of a comprehensive body of specific guidance and knowledge for creating the true natural reality with children in a precise, scientific manner. This is what he has termed “the technology of scientific education”.

The “Technology” of Scientific Education

In 2003, Lee completed the consolidation of his “technology”, which consists of 10 specific techniques (things to do), 20 protocols (how to use the techniques), 3 lesson presentations (how to combine the techniques and protocols together into experimental interactions with children), and a number of “Safe Words” to regular the use of your verbal expression with children. All this knowledge is described in detail in Lee’s new book, “The Technology of Scientific Education”, which he published in 2023.
