The technique repetition involves simply doing some other technique over again. Repeating a technique in this way has the effect of reinforcing its prior purpose, hopefully to finally achieve its original desired result. You must however moderate your use of this technique, by combining it with patient waiting, to give each use of the technique to register and fully take effect in the situation.
